CivilAir Engineers PLLC is pleased to announce that it has been selected to provide Owner’s Representation Services to the City of Kirkland, WA for the I-405/Northeast 85th Street Interchange and Inline Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) Station project. CAE will serve as the City’s liaison to the Design-Build Team of WSDOT and Graham Construction for the $234 Million tri-level interchange reconstruction. This unique mobility project will include the construction of a three-level interchange, local improvements on NE 85th Street, and an inline Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) station. Client leadership will be provided by Sarah Olson, Deputy Director of Planning and Public Works.
